1. WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All items are default listed in AUD because we're based in Melbourne!
2. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
During checkout, you have the option to choose your payment method. We accept
all major cards and Paypal. If you need to arrange alternative payment, we can agree - contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. MY ORDER CAME IN A BROWN BOX
Most packaging nowadays is thrown-away the moment we open it. We choose to go eco-friendly with minimum packaging. This decision is also to make sure customers don't have to pay extras for the packaging fees that often absorbed into the total price of what you pay.
However, if it's a Gift, during checkout, you'll see a 'Notes' section - mention it's a gift and we will send in Gift Box packaging. Feel free to say a note to pass on to your loved one so we can include it in the gift box.
4. MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU MAKE IT LOOK NICE AND SEND IT DIRECT WITHOUT THE RECEIPT?
Absolutely. We do this a lot. We send only the PDF receipt and no longer do paper receipt unless customers ask for it.
Again during checkout, you'll see a 'Notes' section - mention it's a gift and we will send in Gift Box packaging. Feel free to say a note to pass on to your loved one so we can include it in the gift box.
5. WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR LOVELY DESIGNS IN PERSON?
We don't have a physical shop. It's a decision to keep cost low while delivering top quality products.
Our online store opens 24/7, though. We can ship with speedy delivery options and free shipping included in Australia for orders over $100 for your convenience
6. WHERE IS MY ORDER AND HAS IT SHIPPED YET?
We generally dispatch all orders same or next business day of receiving it. Our orders are delivered with Australia Post with order tracking.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES .....
Please choose items carefully. Though we do not issue refunds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check if eligible for exchange. Please provide proof of purchase.
All items must be returned at your expense and posted to us via trackable service within five days after approval. Shipping fees may apply for the second delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Once you make an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
